The Grand View Ranch dining is always an affair.  Mealtime guests will enjoy delicious country-style menus served in a casual and inviting atmosphere. 

Thursday Night: Come to an Early Bird get-together & campfire from 5-9pm.
Pizza and assorted beverages are traditional for this event.

Thursday Night Kickoff Party is for all participants and guests who arrive on Thursday, and want to get acquainted and settled before the workshop.  Artists are encouraged to bring their art supplies to the kickoff campfire party to paint a sunset of Mount Shasta or Hammond Lake from the deck of The Grand View Ranch.  As an additional bonus, Baumann has included a painting demonstration on this evening that you will not want to miss.  The Baumann demo “Getting it Right from the Start” will begin at 6 pm and will conclude at 8 pm.

Thursday Night:	Come to an Early Bird get together & kickoff campfire 5-9pm Pizza and beverages are traditional for this event.
Friday Night:  6-7:00pm	Italian Lasagna, garlic bread, and salad.
Saturday Night: 6-7:00pm	Grand View Ranch BBQ tri-tip or Salmon, potato salad and corn-on-the-cob
Saturday Lunch0: 12-12:30pm	Fried Chicken, cold slaw, and biscuits (We will have boxed lunches so that we can eat on location.)
Breakfast 6:30-8:00am	Will be available at the Comfort Inn or Quality Inn (This is included in your room fee.)

Participants can opt for vegetarian, but must state their preferences when they register.
